I was look for a space to delve a little deeper, to challenge my thoughts, I didn’t want to keep doing the same thing just because I’d always supervised in that wayfor 25 plus years.There was not a short training that I could access, so I completed my PG Cert in Clinical Supervision at the University of Derby in 2022-2023.I wanted to share my learning, knowledge and experience with others. Who is this for?

• Anyone supervising OTs or AHPs, whether new to supervision or experienced supervisors.
• Supervision is like any other skill, we need to learn, practice, reflect and update our knowledge and skills.

 What is included in the training?

• You will access pre-recorded modules which connect supervision theory, skills to occupational therapy.
• There will be a workbook/PDF downloads for you to keep and add to your CPD evidence.
• We will work through different theories and skills to support your supervisory practice.
• I will provide online group calls; this is where we can discuss how to apply the theory into practice. You can bring real life examples of your supervision experience to the group, and we can explore it together, leaving you with potential actions to take back into your workplace.
• You will get access to a private community group, joining me and other clients in my cuppa and chat room on my website.
• Access to the training, group calls and community for 16 weeks.
